Though we specialize in events in the Santa Barbara and Southern California areas, we are able to travel to any location nationally and internationally to design and coordinate your event.
Many of your event details will be hand designed and manufactured by the Kiki E LLC design team, ensuring that your celebration is cutomized, personal, and one-of-a-kind.
We are available for complete coordination and design services. This entails planning your event with you from begining to end. After an initial consultation, we offer unlimited phone and email contact and two in-person meetings. Additionally, we accompany you to all vital vendor meetings, negotiate on your behalf, and review all contracts.. You are given extensive illustrations and mock ups of your event, inspiration boards, and are informed of each design decision. We work with you and your budget to build a truly unique and customized event. We are present for the entire duration of your event, as well as beforehand and afterward to oversee the set up and take down.
We are also available for event design consultation services, which are for the client who wants to be more involved with the execution of the event and does not want a full-time coordinator. This service is tailored to the client who has an event idea and a team of people with whom they desire to work or that they have in mind (caterers, florists, event rental companies, etc.) but they feel unable to communicate their concept clearly. For this service, we offer an initial consultation followed with design ideas, vendor recommendations, and idea boards to allow you more direction and visual aids to utilize at vendor meetings and when instituting your event concepts.

Additionally, we offer month-of, week-of, and day-of event coordination services. This service is ideal for the client who is very involved with the planning of their event, or has most of the event already completed, but would like assistance as the event deadline approaches or help with last minute details.
